Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks following your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 2-7 business days within the United States.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Fruitful Nail Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fruitful Nail Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
